Refund policy

1. Returns within 14 Days (Not a good fit?)

Did you buy a product but it just isn't your style? No problem. By law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return the goods without giving any reason.

How to proceed:

-       Send us an email at berrin.honzak@mima108.cz. Please include your order number and the bank account number (including IBAN/BIC if applicable) where we should refund your money.

-       Pack the goods securely and send them to our Czech warehouse address:

Who pays for shipping? You, as the buyer, cover the costs of shipping the goods back to us. Please do not send packages using cash-on-delivery (COD / dobírka), as we will not be able to accept them.

What condition should the goods be in? Please return the goods complete, undamaged, and clean. If you test the product in a way that wears it out or damages it, we must deduct the cost of repair or restoration to its original condition from your refund.

When will you get your money back? We will send the money to your account within 14 days from the moment you notify us of the return. However, we may withhold the payment until the package physically arrives at our warehouse.

 

2. Product Claims and Warranty (Did something break?)

A standard 24-month warranty applies to all our products. If a manufacturing defect appears on the goods, you have the full right to file a claim.

How to proceed:

-        Take a photo or record a video of the defect and send it to us via email at berrin.honzak@mima108.cz along with your order number and a description of what exactly is not working. We can often resolve the problem online without you needing to send anything.

-        If it is necessary to send the goods to us, pack them up and ship them to our warehouse address (see the address above).

How will we resolve the claim? Depending on the type of defect, we will repair the product, exchange it for a brand new one, give you a discount, or refund your full price.

How long will it take? By law, we have a maximum of 30 days to process a claim, but we promise to do our best to handle it much faster.

Who pays for shipping? If the claim is justified, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred when sending the package to us. Simply send us a photo of your shipping receipt (podací lístek).
