Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Your privacy is our top priority. We want you to know exactly how we work with your data, why we need it, and how we keep it safe. This document is written in a clear, easy-to-understand way in accordance with APEK standards and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data Do We Collect and Why?
We only collect information that is strictly necessary to process your purchase or ensure the proper functioning of the e-shop:
To Order Fulfillment: First name, last name, delivery and billing address, email, and phone number. Without these details, we cannot ship your package from our Czech warehouse or issue your invoice.
To Newsletter Subscription: If you give us your voluntary consent, we process your email address to inform you about discounts and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any newsletter.
To Website Performance (Cookies): If you accept our cookie banner, we collect anonymous data about your visit for analytical and marketing purposes (e.g., Google Analytics).
3. Who Do We Share Your Data With?
Your data is safe with us; we never sell it. However, to deliver your goods and operate the e-shop, we must share it with our verified partners to the minimum extent necessary:
E-commerce Platform: Shopify Inc. (the provider of the system on which our e-shop runs).
Shipping Companies: [e.g., Zásilkovna / Packeta, PPL, Czech Post – add your shipping carriers], who deliver the package to you.
Invoicing Software: [e.g., Sufio, iDoklad, Fakturaoid – add your invoicing apps], to issue tax documents.
4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We keep order and invoice data for 10 years, as strictly required by Czech accounting and tax laws.
We keep data used for marketing purposes (newsletters) for 3 years or until you withdraw your consent.
5. What Are Your Rights?

Information on what personal data we process.
Correction of incorrect data.
Deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten), unless it is still required for legal reasons (such as invoice archiving).
Restriction of processing or to object to marketing.
If you feel that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) in the Czech Republic.
